Eland, Leonardus Joseph (1884-1952)
Self-taught artist who lived and worked in Indonesia until 1920. He visited Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, Bali and other islands. He participated in several exhibitions organized by the Bataviasche Kunstkring. He settled in The Hague in 1920, and later returned to Indonesia for a brief period in 1929 to prepare some huge Indonesian dioramas that he made for several world fairs.

EDUARD (EDO POP)
Born 1972 in Palembang, South Sumatra. Graduate of ISI / Indonesian Institute of Arts, Yogyakarta. He has had solo exhibitions in Denmark (1996) and Indonesia (2000 & 2002), and has participated in group exhibitions in USA, Canada and Indonesia. Edo Pop is a member of two artists' groups based in Yogyakarta: Sanggar Driya Manunggal and Sanggar Bidar Sriwijaya.

Erawan, Nyoman (B. 1958)
Born in Sukawati, Gianyar, Bali. He graduated from Indonesian Fine Arts Academy (ASRI) Yogyakarta. In 1982 he got a Lempad Grand Prize from Sanggar Dewata Indonesia and in 1993 he was also one of the Philip Morris Art Awards finalists.
